Your responsibilities

Drive the industrialisation of new products and the optimisation of existing products.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement teams.
Ensure designs and technical documentation are manufacturable, cost-efficient, and production-ready.
Lead Design-to-Cost and continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimise manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes together with internal teams and suppliers.
Evaluate new technologies, suppliers, and production methods to strengthen competitiveness.
Conduct product benchmarking and identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
Support risk assessments through Design and Process FMEA.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and ERP master data.
