  1. Hello and welcome to our application process!
    Your journey with us begins by discovering our Seitz world, and by applying through our website. As soon as your application reaches us, we will send you a confirmation and will begin the selection process with the responsible superior.
  2. Getting acquainted
    If your credentials match our job requirements, we will be happy to get to know you in a first interview, together with our HR team and your future superior. It is our goal to give you an authentic idea of the job profile, and to introduce you to our unique company culture. We will inform you about the conditions of employment and our benefits. We also use this opportunity to find out more about your abilities, goals and about why you chose to apply.
  3. Getting to know your job
    If both sides are still interested, you will have the opportunity to learn more about your new job with us in a second interview. Depending on the job’s profile, you will be given a specific task where you can demonstrate your knowledge and ability to solve problems. Afterwards, we will take the time to answer any questions you might have.
  4. Getting to know the team and company culture
    Now it is time to get to know your future colleagues. You will visit us for a trial run. As a part of our team, you will be given insight into our daily lives and will learn a lot about cooperation at Seitz. This is an excellent opportunity to find out whether we work well together as a team.
  5. Contract offer and onboarding
    It’s a match! We will provide you with all contract documents, and you will officially become a part of the Seitz family. Our onboarding process ensures that you feel at home quickly. Together, we will give you everything you need to successfully begin your new role.
