For the "Walk a mile in my shoes"-initiative, our leadership team had the opportunity to actively participate in various workstations, so they could get to know them better.

As a part of the “Walk a mile in my shoes”-initiative, the management department had the opportunity to get to know various areas of work.
They engaged directly with employees and gained an insight into the diverse day-to-day work. They shared both the joys and the challenges of the various positions within the company and talked about different views of chances and potential.
Insights
These were only a few insights, but every one of us plays an important part in our success. That is why this exchange was incredibly important and should regularly happen, even without “Walk a mile in my shoes”. By communicating with colleagues from different fields of work, we can gain new insights and foster a better understanding of the challenges and achievements within our teams. Our yearly survey showed just how important this open communication and the exchange of information really are. Thanks to positive feedback, we are now able to initialise projects and define measures. That way, we continue to grow and flourish.
Exchange
Last Wednesday, we celebrated the Seitz Experience Day internally. We had various topic tables where we could engage in conversation, share ideas and discuss new possibilities, because continuous communication and cooperation are crucial for our joint success. Openness and curiosity promote new perspectives and innovative solutions, which can help overcoming future challenges.
Food
Of course, we also like to have fun, which is why our management rounded the day off with a homemade buffet and barbecue.
