Seitz Snow Days 2026

This year, we headed back to the snow again. This time, we spent a winter weekend in Davos.
31 employees, including management, the board of directors and owners, enjoyed unforgettable snow days.
In addition to perfect skiing and hiking conditions, the focus was on one thing above all else: team spirit.
The best conversations often take place away from the daily office routine. While hiking together, on the chairlift or over a leisurely meal, we were able to exchange ideas, laugh and gain new perspectives. It is precisely these moments that strengthen trust, promote open dialogue and connect people across functions and hierarchies.
A strong community is not only created through everyday cooperation – but also through shared experiences.
