Celebrating our accomplishments allows us to honour the milestones and goals we reached together – these celebrations are important to further promote our team spirit. We strengthen this team spirit and motivate each other for future challenges. These joint celebrations create a positive atmosphere where everyone is valued. It is the small moments of celebration which make our collaboration all the more worthwhile.

For example, we often celebrate with a small lunch, afternoon tea or a few beers towards the end of the day. We also have a summer festival and a Christmas party every year.
